About The Dog Coach

Hey, I’m Jack — and I help turn stress into success, one paw at a time.

Let’s face it: when your dog’s behaviour becomes challenging, it can impact your whole life. Whether your pup is barking nonstop, pulling on the leash, reacting to other dogs, or jumping on guests — it’s exhausting, frustrating, and sometimes even embarrassing.

But here’s the good news: your dog isn’t broken — they just need the right guidance. And that’s where I come in.

With positive reinforcement and a tailored, in-home approach, I’ll help you and your dog build real, lasting change — while having fun doing it.

Why Positive Reinforcement?

Positive reinforcement encourages good behaviour by rewarding it immediately, making it more likely to happen again. This approach boosts motivation, confidence, and engagement while creating a positive, supportive environment. By focusing on strengths and celebrating successes, positive reinforcement helps build lasting habits and fosters growth for everyone. The biggest reason I love positive reinforcement training is that I get to train all walks of life. From navigating mobility challenges and age-related limitations (young or old) to neurodivergent-awareness, I’m here to support you and your dog. It’s always a pleasure visiting your home to provide tailored training!

How long does it take?

In most cases, you’ll start getting the results you want before our first session is over. However, I will keep coming back to help you along your journey. Most clients have the results they want within the first month.

What if it takes longer?

As your coach, I’m always in your corner, just a phone call or text message away. I am always happy to speak with my clients about their dog's new emotional and behavioural developments.
